Lateness Policy for Courses

Delegates must attend full course hours to be eligible to take the compulsory final examination where applicable, and to receive the certificate. Should a delegate not complete the course, full payment is still required.

Sanctus Training Limited understands that delegates may experience unexpected delays. However, the Awarding Bodies makes no provision for such occurrences.

Delegates must arrive at the training venue in time for the Trainer to begin the course at the specified start time. This applies to every day that the course runs.

Delegates that arrive after the course start time may be turned away from the course but still have to pay the course in full. The Centre is subject to unannounced visits from Quality Assurance Advisers and must be compliant with Awarding Bodies Rules at all times.
