We are delighted that April has joined the Sanctus Training team delivering the Professional Development range of courses. With over 20 years’ experience in marketing, sales and training, this means she has hands-on experience of many of our delegates’ job roles – and the grey hairs to prove it!
April’s commercial experience gives her a broad insight into the challenges within today’s workplace and enables her to deliver effective and practical management training that is results oriented. Her style is flexible and adaptable due to expertise in training personnel in both small companies – up to 10 employees and large corporates such as Microsoft, Fiat/Alfa Romeo and Orange.
The core skills April trains in include Successful Communication, Customer Care, Telephone Skills, Effective Meeting Skills and Managing Stress.
