Alison Taylor

Alison is an experienced trainer and assessor with decades of health and social care experience. She has over 10 years of training experience in various fields. Alison help create a new and exciting induction programme for the care sector, which won her the ‘Best Trainer’ for the South Wilts Business Award 2013.

Alison left the Care Sector and ventured into running her own training business with the primary goal of helping to further the cause of face-to-face training, which she believes changes the way that people work and makes a marked difference to performance levels.

She now works across many industries providing much needed health and safety guidance, consultation and training. Many of these courses are vital across all industries, such as first aid, manual handling and risk assessment.

Alison prides herself in providing training that is well prepared, specific to need, productive and a pleasant experience for all. Her emphasis is to encourage participation through full engagement by recognising learners’ strengths, abilities, specific learning styles and ensuring an interactive and enjoyable learning experience.

Alison is a qualified trainer with Level 4 Health & Safety qualifications. She also holds Preparing to Teach in the Life-long Learning Sector Certificate, Award in Education and Training Assessor Award.
