This one-day course will cover the following topics; understanding others points-of-view, influencing and negotiation skills, tools and techniques, and barriers to success. The course will also explore delegates own specific work situations.
Delegates will develop the techniques used to influence, persuade and negotiate. They will also get the opportunity to work on specific situations encountered in their job role.
