Objectives

Who should attend?
Managers and Supervisors who are responsible for undertaking disciplinary and grievance meetings in the workplace.
Course content
The course will be in two parts. The morning session will focus on disciplinary and grievance working with the ACAS guidelines. Delegates will look at practical solutions in order to prevent conflict before it happens.
The afternoon session will concentrate on putting into practice the skills acquired through use of case studies, role play and constructive feedback.
Outcomes
On completion of the course, delegates should feel more confident to carry out disciplinary and grievance interviews effectively and have a good understanding of the guiding principles set out by ACAS.
