Disciplinary and Grievance
This 1/2 day course will feature practical examples of how to prepare and conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings and how to avoid conflict.
This course will help Managers understand the importance of conducting difficult interviews working within their own company policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with ACAS guidelines (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Services). ACAS offers advice and guidance on all aspect of work relations and employment law.

Who should attend?
Managers and Supervisors who are responsible for undertaking disciplinary and grievance meetings in the workplace.
The course will feature practical examples of how to prepare and conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings and how to avoid conflict.
Delegates will use case studies and undertake role play to understand how best to manage these situations.
On completion of the course, delegates should feel more confident to carry out disciplinary and grievance interviews effectively and have a good understanding of the guiding principles set out by ACAS.
Delegates are invited to bring along a copy of their own company policies regarding discipline and grievance.
