This course will enable candidates to recognise different aspects of conflict that may be encountered and understand different methods for resolving conflicts

Course Content

The course aims to provide an awareness of conflict and develop knowledge amongst employees. By the end of the course candidates  will be able to display an understanding of the following;

• The common causes of conflict
• The 3 areas of communication
• Identifying effective methods of communication
• What to check for to keep safe and how to defuse a situation

Outcomes

On completion of the course delegates will be able to recognise and reduce conflict, improving customer/ employee engagement, retention and productivity.

Delegate Preparation

There are no requirements for delegates to have any previous knowledge of Conflict Resolution, therefore, it is suitable for beginners, and will also update and refresh the knowledge of those more experienced.
