Change Management – an Introduction
This 1/2 day course will consist of an overview of what is Change Management, how it fits with the concept of Continuous Improvement and how it impacts on the business.
To look at the principles of Change Management, how it can impact the workplace, and understanding and managing resistance to the process.
Course duration is ½ day
Who should attend?
Managers and Supervisors who are required to introduce new processes and or systems which will affect the operation of the business.
The course will give an overview of Change Management, how it fits with the concept of Continuous Improvement, and how it impacts on the business. It will set out why people are resistant to change and how best to manage this scenario.
On completion of the course, delegates should have a greater understanding of Change Management and how it can be used in a positive way to help bring about changes where and when required.
This course sits alongside Continuous Improvement with a strong link between the two subjects. Undertaking both will help provide delegates with management knowledge on both process.
There is no requirement for delegates to have any previous knowledge of the subject. However, suggestions as to what could be improved within the business would be useful to use as working examples.
