Course Overview

There are 2 qualifications a candidate can gain for this category: CPCS or Sanctus In-House Card.

The CPCS requires the operator to:

• Describe the type of work carried out by dumpers and their roles and responsibilities as a plant operator
• Comply with legilsation
• Carry out observation of the machine; how it works, function of components, purpose and use of all gauges
• Position the dumper to receive loads
• Ensuring the safe use of the machinery at all times

The Sanctus In-House qualification require candidates to demonstrate their knowledge on the machine, the resposibility of the operator and the safe use of the plant.
