Sanctus have had an increasing number of enquiries for affordable management and supervisory training in topics such as diversity, recruiting and managing/appraising others.

MANAGEMENT COURSES & WORKSHOPS

Sanctus Training has a new range of Management Courses and Workshops being launched in the New Year, including topics such as Appraisals & Recruiting. In January we will be running a two day Essential Managemt Skills for Construction Managers.

TRAINING PLANS

We can assist you with Training Plans for your employees, showing expiry dates of training taken and recommendations of further training requirements, if applicable. We will work with you ensuring you are advised in plenty of time as expiry dates are approaching to enable you to book the necessary refreshers.

FUNDING FOR QCF Level 2

Sanctus Training are pleased to announce that we are in a position to offer funding for QCF Level 2 in Plant Operations, providing the criteria is met.
